Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplemental policies incorporated by reference:

• "Platform" means the cer188 website accessible at https://cer188.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications operated under the cer188 brand.
• "cer188", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the cer188 platform and all of its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the cer188 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the cer188 platform.
• "Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) deposited into or held within a User's Account balance.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sports event, casino game, togel (Indonesian numbers lottery), or other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by cer188 subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures including submission of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the cer188 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. Indonesian law and cer188 internal policy set the minimum gambling age at 21.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where compliance with local regulations would require cer188 to refuse service.
5. You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform through a mutual exclusion agreement.
6. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of cer188 or any of its affiliated companies.
7. You must not be previously banned from the Platform for violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

Account Registration

To access the full range of cer188 services, eligible Users must create a single registered Account. The following conditions govern the registration process and ongoing Account maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the cer188 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or a third party's — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, city of residence (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, or Bali), valid email address, and active mobile telephone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. cer188 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify cer188 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Sharing

Accounts are non-transferable. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your Account, or use any other person's Account. Any suspected Account sharing may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

KYC Verification

cer188 is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. In some cases, KYC may be requested at earlier stages, including after specific deposit thresholds are reached.

4.1 Required Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). The document must be current, undamaged, and legible.
• Proof of payment method: Evidence demonstrating that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name. This may include a bank statement header showing your name and account number (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported institutions).

4.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC review is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission during business days. Complex cases may take longer. cer188 will notify you by email once verification is complete or if additional information is needed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of deposit. cer188 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.

Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (generally Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside standard banking hours may take longer to process and will generally be credited on the next available banking day.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity matching and KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully cleared before a withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Requests submitted on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience additional processing time.
• cer188 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending enhanced due-diligence checks on Accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• cer188 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits, which will be communicated to affected Users individually.

5.3 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' bank accounts — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to anti-fraud authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

cer188 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New Users who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the cer188 welcome bonus of up to 100% match up to Rp 20,000,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the Account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. Eligibility is limited to one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a minimum 10x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus activation. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Eligible Games and Bet Types

Bonus funds may be used across most cer188 game categories. However, certain game types, bet types, and stake sizes may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates for sports betting markets including Asian handicap (voor), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and live in-play markets will be published in individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

cer188 employs automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearance regardless of outcome, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, and coordinated abuse in collusion with other players. Detected abuse will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and permanent ban from future promotions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the cer188 platform are subject to acceptance by cer188 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed to the User. cer188 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. cer188 reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any Account at any time, including restricting maximum bet sizes for Users whose betting patterns indicate professional or arbitrage-style activity.

7.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on a wide range of sports events including EPL, La Liga, BRI Liga 1, and major tournaments. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly and reflect real-time match conditions. cer188 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during technical interruptions to the live data feed.

7.4 Results and Disputes

Official results are determined by cer188 based on data provided by recognized official bodies for each sport. In the event of a discrepancy between on-platform results and official governing body results, the official governing body result will prevail. Bet settlement disputes must be raised with cer188 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding.

7.5 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. cer188 works exclusively with licensed game providers to ensure provably fair results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available on request from customer support.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cer188 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Users, players, officials, or third parties.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification or impersonating another individual.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cer188 staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting another person in circumventing Account restrictions or bans.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the cer188 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of cer188 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; frame or mirror any content without express written consent from cer188; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data extraction tools.

The cer188 name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks of cer188. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use any cer188 trademark without prior written approval.

Privacy & Data

cer188 takes the privacy of its Users seriously. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data — including KTP details, financial transaction records, and gaming activity logs — is governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this binding agreement.

By registering an Account on cer188, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cer188 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from technical failures, data feed errors, or Platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Damages resulting from reliance on any information published on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay that result in delayed or failed transactions.

In all cases where cer188 is found liable despite the foregoing exclusions, the maximum aggregate liability of cer188 to any User shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits cer188's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by cer188

cer188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that a User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited.

13.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active wagering requirements must be addressed. Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law clauses — shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendments

cer188 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. We will notify registered Users of material changes via email to the address associated with their Account and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 13.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which cer188 holds its operating license. cer188 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards as required by that licensing jurisdiction.

Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
